why people seek coaching
A career shift, a changing role, or a growing sense that you've outgrown the way things are. You want time to explore your options before deciding what's next.

What you can expect
Look at your options, question old assumptions, and consider new possibilities without being handed someone else's formula for a good life.
Turn what you're learning into something you can use: a boundary to set, a conversation to have, or a decision to approach differently.
Try something, see how it goes, and adjust. You don't have to get every step right. The goal is to find what works for you.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
That's completely fine. Life rarely arrives in neat categories. We can look at what's happening across different parts of your life and identify where a little attention might make the biggest difference.
Coaching may be helpful if you're willing to reflect on your choices, explore different perspectives, and consider taking action. You don't need to be certain about your goals, but you should feel open to examining what's possible.
It's a collaborative process. I'll ask questions, offer perspective, and help you explore practical options. We can also discuss how you want to follow through on your intentions. You remain the decision-maker; the work isn't about handing over control of your life.
