Standard excursions and experiences
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start time: full refund of the amount paid to us.
- 24–48 hours before: 50% refund, or a free date change subject to availability.
- Less than 24 hours, no-shows or late arrivals: no refund.
Where an experience page shows a different policy (for example private charters, helicopter flights or peak-season dates), that policy applies.
Airport transfers and private transportation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Flight delays: tell us as soon as you know and we will adjust the pickup at no charge where possible. Cancellations inside 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.
Private experiences, yachts, groups and special occasions
Deposits for private charters, group arrangements, private chefs, photographers, decorations and similar bespoke services are generally non-refundable because Partners reserve capacity and purchase supplies. The specific terms are stated in your quote and must be accepted before we confirm.
Cancellations by us or a Partner
If a service is cancelled because of weather, sea conditions, safety, minimum participant numbers or other circumstances beyond the Partner’s control, you may choose another date, another service of equal value, or a full refund of the amount paid to us for that service. We are not responsible for other costs you may have incurred.
How to cancel
Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@puntacanavip.com with your booking name and reference. Cancellation takes effect when we acknowledge it in writing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank may take longer to post the credit.
Concierge coordination fees
Where a quote includes a planning or concierge fee for work already performed, that fee is non-refundable once the plan has been delivered.
