This document is a draft prepared for the staging site and should be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>How bookings work<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Choose and book.<\/strong> Select an experience, date and number of travelers, then pay securely online. For services without online pricing, send a request and we will reply with a quote.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Confirmation.<\/strong> You receive an email confirmation with a booking reference and voucher. Keep it on your phone.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pickup details.<\/strong> We send pickup time and location by email and WhatsApp before your experience, usually 24\u201348 hours in advance. Pickup times vary by resort.<\/li>\n<li><strong>On the day.<\/strong> Be in the hotel lobby or at the agreed point 10 minutes before pickup. Message us on WhatsApp if anything changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Pickup and transportation<\/h2>\n<p>Most excursions include pickup from major B\u00e1varo, Punta Cana, Cap Cana and Uvero Alto resorts. Pickup from villas, Airbnbs or outlying areas may require a meeting point or a surcharge; we will tell you before confirming. Shared transportation may make several stops.<\/p>\n<h2>Children, ages and accessibility<\/h2>\n<p>Child pricing and minimum ages are shown on each experience page. Some activities are not suitable for pregnant travelers, people with back or heart conditions, or guests with limited mobility; please check before booking or ask us.<\/p>\n<h2>Weather and operational changes<\/h2>\n<p>Boat trips and outdoor activities depend on weather and sea conditions. If a Partner cancels for safety reasons, we offer another date, another experience or a refund of what you paid us for that service.<\/p>\n<h2>Prices and currency<\/h2>\n<p>Prices are in US dollars unless stated. Canadian-dollar prices, where shown, are estimates based on the exchange rate at the time of display. Your card issuer may charge foreign transaction fees.<\/p>\n<h2>Vouchers and identification<\/h2>\n<p>Please show your confirmation (digital is fine) and ID at check-in.
