This document is a draft prepared for the staging site and should be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>1. Who we are<\/h2>\n<p>VIP Punta Cana (\u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d) operates the website PuntaCanaVIP.com and provides travel concierge, trip-planning, booking and coordination services for visitors to Punta Cana and the Dominican Republic. VIP Punta Cana is a sister company of Can-Am Excursions. Excursions, transportation, dining, accommodation, wellness and other services are delivered by independent local providers (\u201cPartners\u201d).<\/p>\n<h2>2. Our role<\/h2>\n<p>We act as a booking agent and concierge. When you book or request a service through us, we arrange the service with the relevant Partner on your behalf. The Partner is responsible for operating the service, including vehicles, vessels, guides, equipment, venues and safety. We select Partners carefully, but we do not own or operate them and are not liable for their acts or omissions beyond what the law requires.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Bookings and confirmation<\/h2>\n<p>A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) with a booking reference. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Quotes for custom or concierge arrangements are valid for the period stated in the quote and are subject to Partner availability.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Payments<\/h2>\n<p>Online bookings are paid through our secure checkout (WooCommerce with Stripe or PayPal). For concierge arrangements we may request a deposit or full prepayment. Where we collect payment on behalf of a Partner, we remit the agreed amount to the Partner. Card payments may appear on your statement as VIP Punta Cana or Can-Am Excursions.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Your responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide accurate traveler information, hotel\/villa details, flight details and contact numbers.<\/li>\n<li>Arrive at the pickup point at the confirmed time. Late arrivals may be treated as no-shows.<\/li>\n<li>Check that each participant meets the age, health and fitness requirements shown on the experience page.<\/li>\n<li>Carry valid identification and comply with Partner safety instructions and local laws.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange appropriate travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses and activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>6. Changes, cancellations and refunds<\/h2>\n<p>Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our <a href=\"\/cancellation-policy\/\">Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy<\/a> and on each experience page at the time of booking. Partners may modify or cancel services because of weather, sea conditions, safety, minimum participant numbers or other circumstances beyond their control; in that case we will offer an alternative date, an alternative service or a refund of the amount paid to us for that service.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Concierge requests and quotes<\/h2>\n<p>Requests submitted through Plan My Trip, Concierge, Groups, Special Occasions, Restaurants &amp; Nightlife and similar forms are enquiries, not bookings. Nothing is reserved until we confirm it in writing and any required payment is received. Restaurant, nightlife, villa and other third-party reservations are subject to the venue\u2019s own terms.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Medical travel coordination<\/h2>\n<p>VIP Punta Cana is a travel and concierge service and is not a hospital, clinic or medical provider. We coordinate non-medical logistics only. See our <a href=\"\/medical-disclaimer\/\">Medical Disclaimer<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Liability<\/h2>\n<p>To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with any booking is limited to the amount you paid to us for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, missed flights, lost personal items or injuries arising from a Partner\u2019s services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Website content<\/h2>\n<p>Descriptions, photographs, durations and inclusions are provided in good faith and may change. Some photographs on this site are licensed stock images and are illustrative only.<\/p>\n<h2>11. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n<p>The VIP Punta Cana name, logo and site content are protected by copyright and trademark law and may not be reproduced without permission.<\/p>\n<h2>12. Governing law<\/h2>\n<p>These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
